Haven't been able to online since last sunday...
Damn the internet network...
Today i will have to sit for economic test...
Well, this is the first time i sit for economic test because i never had economic test before until today.
Quite nervous, because the air-conditioning is freaking cold, makes me even more nervous.
I saw people studied at last minute, i mean, studied till the last minute, i wouldn't do that because i don't feel like studying at the last minute when i have my feet almost stepped into the exam room, even if i were to read like that, i wouldn't be able to remember it.
So...i had my test at 12pm.
I actually quite nervous about my writing coz i'm left handed, and my hand-writing sucks and messy, i asked Ms Ng whether or not she could read it, she replied me "yes". *hehe, relieved*
Then here comes the social science tutorial.
A lot of people find social science hard, because it is very subjective, and it's not like the knowledge u could gain it from book or by practising like mathematics and other subjects.
You have to have the "talent" and "interest" in it. *lol*
Last week, our first tutorial was carried out, and i was the first to be called.
I thought this week i wouldn't be called again, i believe in myself that i wouldn't be so "lucky" to be called again like kena toto, magnum, da ma cai...
I didn't do the tutorial questions, coz i'm so strongly "believe" that i won't be so "lucky".
Anyway, i perfunctorily looked at the question and jotted down some simple answers taken from the notes.
Coz i'm so strongly "believed" that i won't be called to answer the question..
Again, i was called... =.="
I think the lecturer remembers my name...
Luckily, i had to answer simple and short question only *hehe*
But then, if you were being called twice, that means u're in the lecturer's list.
I think, in the coming days, i will have to strive hard on social science...
We (jpa business scholars) went to the sponsorship department to ask about the minimum requirement by jpa.
We are required to reach CGPA 3.4, yet UNMC gives mark in percentage.
We have to know how to convert it, so that we can prepare.
The officer told us :" What? in this school we use only percentage, there's no CGPA such things...ask ur lecturers, they may know how to convert it..."
We replied :"They asked us to ask you..."
=.="
Nobody knows.
She said :"Isn't jpa scholars have to get 55%? Last year jpa scholars they had to get 50%, but this year they increased the standard..."
Then, she made a phone call to ask somebody else.
She said :" Why u guys ask this for? You shouldn't aim for the lowest, you should aim for the highest, there's this engineering guy who scores 91%...bla bla..."
Ooo...she is right...but then, i still want to know what is the minimum requirements...
We ended up with a big question mark lingering in our minds, and walked home...
When you become a jpa scholar, everything changes. People expect you to know everything, expect you as always-want-to-win-badly-and-never-lose kind of people, expect you not to ask stupid questions...
Do you agree with me?
